Another quick thing about Hugo

I almost never notice costuming/wardrobe in movies, but I was so impressed by it in this movie, wow. It reflected the time period so brilliantly, and you could see all the different classes and how they intermingled, not only in the characters but in the extras and everywhere. 

And Chloe Moretz’s wardrobe was adorable as hell, I loved all of her outfits. And the costumes for the movie sets were so golden, oh my god. Just… everything.

Yeah I mean if it wasn’t clear already, I honestly think this movie should have taken Best Picture, not The Artist. That was so dumb compared to this majestic work of brilliance.
